What if I already have bins at my residence?
That's great! Then all you have to upon checking out is click the "I already have a bin on my property" box.
What do we recycle and how do we do it?
We have partnered with Island Green Living to provide residential recycling pickup for cans and hard plastics. A separate bin will be provided by WasteCo to allow you to separate these types of materials for recycling.
Can I use this for my rental property?
Yes, you can. We do recommend additional bins for rental properties since they do tend to consume more trash.
How can I cancel my service?
Please contact us by phone.
Can you provide service if I live in a gated and secure community?
Yes, we can. All we will need is the gate access code.
My home is hard to find, are you sure I can get the service?
Yes, we can provide service to any property. What will be helpful in these types of scenarios is to provide a detailed description of how to locate the property and (even better) dropping a pin link in the instructions will be even more helpful.
