Our Story
The founders of WasteCo have been bonafide residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands for coming up on a decade. After witnessing the profound trash problem on our beautiful island, they felt something had to be done. Enough was enough. They also questioned why such a service as WasteCo had never existed. Everyone consumes trash. Although some more than others it is a fundamental core issue that in all countries of the world needing to be contained. Not only the trash itself but also the surrounding issues around the trash such as rodents, insects & bugs and mold & stench. Additionally, this is something that after living in the Virgin Islands as long as they have they realized they took advantage of while living in the mainland states. Shouldn’t everyone have a service who picks up their trash at their door which is then taken directly to the waste site? The obviously and clear answer was “Yes”.

What if I already have bins at my residence?
That's great! Then all you have to upon checking out is click the "I already have a bin on my property" box.
Can I pause my service if I am away from the islands?
Yes, you can. After you become a customer you will have your own login portal. In that portal you can pause service and select a date that you would like to resume service.
What do we recycle and how do we do it?

Can I use this for my rental property?
Yes, you can. We do recommend additional bins for rental properties since they do tend to consume more trash.
What if I don't need a pick up this week?
If you dont need a pick up on any given week you can pause service and pick a date to resume. However, we do not recommend this and recommend staying on the regular schedule. We will provide service whether there is no trash or a lot of trash.
How much does it cost?
Cost varies depending on the property type. We recommend you go through the sign up form to see our cost structure breakdown.
How can I cancel my service?
If you are currently a customer you can login to your customer portal and cancel service.
Can you provide service if I live in a gated and secure community?
Yes, we can. All we will need is the gate access code when you go through the sign up process. That field will be included in the sign up process.
My home is hard to find, are you sure I can sign up for service?
Yes, we can provide service to any property. What will be helpful in these types of scenarios is to provide a detailed description of how to locate the property and (even better) dropping a pin link in the instructions will be even more helpful.
